The setting was lovely and the staff were attentive people with same male manager. The room was good modern, besides it had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges, just in case.

Spectacular location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Very clean beds, climate control and a main bedroom area in the room.

The room was spotlessly clean and updated, had extremely comfy and included a refrigerator and a microwave. The location was amazing, not far from all the bars are and Amadores or Peurto Rico beaches. We went out for dinner, found Restaurante Que Bien, it was not too far from the hotel.

Accommodation was big and fantastic with friendly efficient staff at all times. Room was beautifully decorated and available with big balcony, the bedroom and the £400 extra. I was offered soft drinks, wines, and beers at the Irish-bar.

Lots of food at the breakfast, I loved tea, slices of fresh bread, cereals, and fruit. The staff were very hard working and friendly efficient whole time of my stay. The hotel's position was spectacular and ideal, down the hill.

Had a very relaxing stay on holiday, it exceeded high expectations. The location was incredible, just a short stroll away from a public beach. I booked huge and updated room with bedroom, seaview, as for instance.

I recently stayed at Servatur Puerto Azul in Puerto Rico for a week-long vacation with my family. This hotel is perfect for families with kids, as well as for couples or solo travelers. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities and amenities, including a great pool area, a fun animation program, and delicious food. Despite not being brand new, the hotel provided excellent value for money. The location is fantastic, with plenty of activities and attractions nearby that we could easily explore with our rental car. I highly recommend Servatur Puerto Azul for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful view on Puerto Rico and the beach, apartments are nice and cosy, the staff was very helpful. Most of the apartments and rooms have an excellent view on the whole town, beach and the ocean, just a few of them have his view blocked by another building. The hotel is ideal for families and "lazies" who doesnt want to do anything. Near to the hotel is a shopping centre (not so big) and the hotel has a supermarket.

The locacion has andvantages (view) and disadvantages - is on the top of the valley so if you would like to go to the beach or in a big shopping centre, you have to fetch through approx. 500 stairs or catch a taxi (approx. 3 euro). If you prefer a swimming pool instead of beach the hotel is perfect for you.

Excellent beers, soft drinks and wines in the pool bar. We had a large balcony.

just got back from a golf trip in puerto rico, gran canaria and had an amazing stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. the food was delicious, especially for vegans like us. and the staff, especially the lady at the ocean bar, were super friendly and helpful. we'll definitely be back!
